3. We have cash buyers of real estate who can execute a purchase within 1 business day of completing due diligence and clearing all closing items such as title insurance, municipal zoning and water certifications, etc.
4. We have capital sources such as REIT's who perform sale leaseback arrangements. This real estate strategy allows a company owner to monetize their property(ies) while continuing operations in the subject property.
